Delivery

The party will be delivered by our designated courier company. We will only deliver a party ordered through the site to a location where our courier company can provide delivery services. Once sent by us parcels have an up to 3 working day delivery target. This is a guide only and is not a guarantee from our courier. Delivery to rural or remote areas may take longer. Please ensure full delivery details are completed, especially to rural areas. Failure to do so may result in delay for delivery or additional delivery costs. Delivery is not made to PO Boxes. As our service is a courier and signature service we recommend you be present to accept the delivery of your party. If you are not home when delivery is made a card will be left and you will need to arrange to get your party from the courier provider. If you are not usually home to accept parcels you may like to consider using a work address instead.
