Returns Policy

Parties are carefully checked prior to dispatch but in the unlikely event of receiving a faulty party, or an error has been made on our part, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your party.

Once the party has been received by Instant Kids Parties and the fault detected we will refund the cost of returning the party to us and either a replacement will be sent (if one is in stock) or a full refund offered. We recommend returning the party by courier as Instant Kids Parties will not be liable for the loss of a party being returned to us.

You may cancel a party by contacting Instant Kids Parties at any time prior to the dispatch of the party. If the party has been dispatched we will contact you to discuss.
