Orders:

A contract between the purchaser and Instant Kids Parties is made when a party is ordered from our website. We will send you an email confirming we have received your order. Once cleared payment has been received, acceptance and dispatch of your party will occur. Acceptance of your order may not occur if the party is out of stock or if there is a payment failure e.g. your Bank deposit is not cleared funds. If any problem occurs with your order Instant Kids Parties will contact you.

Product description:

Each party sold is done so according to the description on the website, which will be continually updated. However minor changes may happen if product sourcing is an issue. For example green square paper plates may be replaced with green round paper plates, a blindfold game may change from the one pictured but will still relate to the theme of the party. Please note that colours could vary slightly from website images.

Payment:

All prices on our website are in NZ dollars. Methods of payment are PAYPAL or Bank deposit to our bank account. The party will only be sent once cleared payment is received.
